حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنِ الْوَازِعِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ هَهُنَا قَوْمًا يَجْهَرُونَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ النَّهَارِ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَفَلَا تَرْمُونَهُمْ بِالْبَعْرِ»

✧ It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, here are people who recite aloud in the daytime prayer.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them: "Why don't you pelt them with dung?"
