حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ ثنا عَمِّي مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ يَمْسَحُ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ إِذَا أَدْخَلَهُمَا وَقَدَمَاهُ طَاهِرَتَانِ»

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “The traveler [may wipe] for three days and their nights, and the resident for a day and a night, wiping over his leather socks when he put them on while his feet were pure.”
