حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ قُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَيْوِيلَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ حَبَّانَ بْنِ مُنْقِذٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَجْعَلُ ثُلُثَ صَلَاتِي عَلَيْكَ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ إِنْ شِئْتَ» قَالَ الثُّلُثَيْنِ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قَالَ فَصَلَاتِي كُلَّهَا؟ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَنْ يَكْفِيكَ اللهُ مَا أَهَمَّكَ مِنْ أَمْرِ دُنْيَاكَ وَآخِرَتِكَ»

✧ A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, should I make one-third of my prayers for you?" He said, "Yes, if you wish." The man asked, "What if I make two-thirds of my prayers for you?" He said, "Yes." The man then asked, "And if I dedicate all of my prayers to you?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "In that case, Allah will suffice you in all matters of your worldly life and the Hereafter that concern you."
