حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ «فَنَهَاهُمْ أَنْ يُبَاعَ سَهْمٌ مِنْ مَغْنَمٍ حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ وَأَنْ يُوطَأْنَ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ وَعَنِ الثَّمَرَةِ أَنْ تُبَاعَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا وَيُؤْمَنَ عَلَيْهَا الْعَاهَةُ» زَادَ دُحَيْمٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَأَحَلَّ لَهُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْيَاءَ كَانَ نَهَاهُمْ عَنْهَا أَحَلَّ لَهُمْ لُحُومَ الْأَضَاحِيِّ وزِيَارَةَ الْقُبُورِ وَالْأَوْعِيَةَ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ delivered a sermon on the day of Khaybar. “He forbade them to sell a share of the spoils before it was divided, to have intercourse with pregnant captives until they gave birth, and to sell fruit until its ripeness was evident and it was safe from blight.” Duḥaym added in his report: “And he permitted them three things that he had forbidden them: he permitted them the meat of sacrificial animals, visiting graves, and leather containers.”
