حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ ح وَثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحَرَشِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحْرِزُ بْنُ وِزْرِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ شُعَيْثِ بْنِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ النَّمِرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ بْنِ حِبَّانَ حَدَّثَنِي وِزْرُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عِمْرَانَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ شُعَيْثًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عَاصِمًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَصِينًا حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّهُ وَفَدَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَايَعَهُ بَيْعَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ وَصَدَقَ إِلَيْهِ صَدَقَةَ مَالِهِ وأَقْطَعَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِيَاهَ عَدَّةَ بِالْمَرُوثِ وَإِسْنَادَ جَرَادٍ مِنْهَا أُصَيْهِبٌ وَمِنْهَا الْمَاغِرَةُ وَمِنْهَا أَهْوَاءُ وَمِنْهَا الثِّمَادُ وَمِنْهَا السَّدِيرَةُ وَشَرَطَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتٍ مِمَّا قَطَعَ أَنْ لَا يُقْعَرَ مَرْعَاهُ وَلَا يُبَاعُ مَاؤُهُ وَشَرَطَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتٍ أَنْ «لَا يَبِيعَ مَاءَهُ وَلَا يَمْنَعَ فَضْلَهُ» فَقَالَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ شَعَرًا

✧ That he came as a delegate to the Messenger of God ﷺ and pledged allegiance to him with the pledge of Islam, and gave him the charity of his wealth; and the Prophet ﷺ granted him the waters of several places at al-Maruth, and the ascription of Jarad, among them Usayhib, and among them al-Maghira, and among them Ahwa', and among them al-Thimad, and among them al-Sudayra. And the Prophet ﷺ stipulated upon Husayn b. Mushmit, regarding what he granted, that its pasture should not be uprooted and its water should not be sold. And the Prophet ﷺ stipulated upon Husayn b. Mushmit that "he should not sell its water and should not withhold its surplus." Then Zuhayr b. 'Asim b. Husayn recited some poetry.
