حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الزُّهْرِيِّ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ الْهُذَلِيُّ عَنْ حَمَلِ بْنِ النَّابِغَةِ أَنَّهُ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ لِحْيَانِيَّةُ وَمُعَاوِيَّةٌ مِنْ بَنِي مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَنَّهُمَا اجْتَمَعَتَا فَتَغَايَرَتَا فَرَفَعَتِ الْمُعَاوِيَّةُ حَجَرًا فَرَمَتْ بِهِ اللِّحْيَانِيَّةَ وَهِي حُبْلَى وَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ فَقَتَلَتْهَا فَأَلْقَتْ غُلَامًا فَقَالَ
حَمَلُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ لِعِمْرَانَ بْنِ عُوَيْمِرٍ أَدِّ إِلَيَّ عَقْلَ امْرَأَتِي فَارْتَفَعَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «الْعَقْلُ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ وَفِي السِّقْطِ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ»

✧ Hamal b. Malik said to ʿImran b. ʿUwaymir, “Pay me the blood money for my wife.” They brought the dispute to the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he said, “The blood money is on the ʿasaba, and for the miscarried fetus there is a ghurra, a male or female slave.”
