حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ جَدِّي بِخَطِّهِ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنِي مِسْعَرٌ ثنا مَعْبَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ وَالْمُسْتَوْرِدِ الْفِهْرِيِّ قَالَا قَالَ
«أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ؟ كُلُّ ضَعِيفٍ مُتَضَعِّفٍ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ النَّارِ؟ كُلُّ عُتُلٍّ جَوَّاظٍ مُسْتَكْبِرٍ»
Translation

✧ "Shall I inform you of the people of Paradise? Every weak person who is considered weak; were he to swear by God, He would fulfill his oath. Shall I inform you of the people of the Fire? Every rude, arrogant miser."
