حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيِّ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرِ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يَأْتِينِي الرَّجُلُ يَسْأَلُنِي الْبَيْعَ لَيْسَ عِنْدِي أَبِيعُهُ مِنْهُ أَتَكَلَّفُهُ لَهُ مِنَ السُّوقِ؟ فَقَالَ «لَا تَبِعْ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ»
