حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ مَأْمُونٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ جَدِّي رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَدْمَنَ الِاخْتِلَافَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ أَصَابَ أَخًا مُسْتَفَادًا فِي اللهِ ﷻ وَعِلْمًا مُسْتَطْرَفًا وَكَلِمَةً تَدَعُوهُ إِلَى الْهُدَى وَكَلِمَةً تَصْرِفُهُ عَنِ الرَّدَى وَيَتْرُكُ الذُّنُوبَ حَيَاءً أَوْ خَشْيَةً وَنِعْمَةً أَوْ رَحْمَةً مُنْتَظَرَةً»

✧ I heard my grandfather, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, say: "Whoever regularly goes to the mosque gains a brother obtained for Allah ﷻ, novel knowledge, a word that calls him to guidance, a word that turns him away from ruin, and he abandons sins out of modesty or fear, and a blessing or awaited mercy."
