حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّخَعِيُّ الْقَاضِي الْكُوفِيُّ
ثنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ النَّخَعِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَسَنِ بْنِ حَسَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ ضَحَّى طَيِّبَةً بِهَا نَفْسُهُ مُحْتَسِبًا لِأُضْحِيَّتِهِ؛ كَانَتْ لَهُ حِجَابًا مِنَ النَّارِ»
Translation

✧ Ammar b. Abi Malik al-Janbi narrated to us: Abu Dawud al-Nakha‘i narrated to us, from Abd Allah b. Hasan b. Hasan, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “Whoever offers a sacrifice, his soul being pleased with it, seeking reward for his sacrificial animal, it will be a screen for him from the Fire.”
