حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَامِعٍ الْعَطَّارُ ثنا فَضَالَةُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ

حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ حَسَنِ بْنِ حَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «النَّخْلُ وَالشَّجَرُ بَرَكَةٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَعَلَى عَقِبِهِمْ بَعْدَهُمْ إِذَا كَانُوا لِلَّهِ شَاكِرِينَ»

✧ A man from the people of Madinah, whose kunya is Abu Abd Allah, narrated to me: Abd Allah b. Hasan b. Hasan b. Ali b. Abi Talib narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather al-Hasan b. Ali ؓ, who said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “Palm trees and trees are a blessing upon their owners and upon their descendants after them, if they are thankful to God.”
