حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ حَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أُمَّ الْحَكَمِ حَدَّثَتْهُ

أَنَّهَا ذَهَبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَتْهُ أَنْ يُخْدِمَهُمْ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ وَقَدْ أَصَابَ رَقِيقًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «سَبَقَكُمْ يَتَامَى أَهْلِ بَدْرٍ»

✧ She went to the Messenger of God ﷺ and asked him to provide them with a servant. The Messenger of God ﷺ had just arrived from a journey and had acquired some slaves. The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "The orphans of the people of Badr have preceded you."
