حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ح قَالَ سَهْلٌ وَثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ يَاسِينُ الزَّيَّاتُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَصَابَ الْعَدُوُّ نَاقَةَ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَاشْتَرَاهَا رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَعَرَفَهَا صَاحِبُهَا فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا بِالثَّمَنِ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا بِهِ مِنَ الْعَدُوِّ وَإِلَّا خَلَّى بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ — Sahl said: and 'Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, from Yasin al-Zayyat, from Simak b. Harb, from Tamim, from Jabir b. Samurah, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said: "The enemy seized a man's she-camel from the Muslims, then a man from the Muslims bought it. Its owner recognized it and came to the Prophet ﷺ, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to take it back for the price he had paid for it to the enemy; otherwise, he was to leave him and it alone."
