حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ نَصْرٍ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَا ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ مَطِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الشُّمُوسِ الْبَلَوِيِّ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَصْحَابَهُ يَوْمَ الْحِجْرِ عَنْ بِئْرِهِمْ فَأَلْقَى ذُو الْعَجِينِ عَجِينَهُ وَذُو الْحَيْسِ حَيْسَهُ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ forbade his companions on the day of al-Hijr from using their well, so the one with dough threw away his dough and the one with hays threw away his hays.
