حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ أَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللهِ رَجُلٌ يَقْتُلُ غَيْرَ قَاتَلِهِ أَوْ طَلَبَ بِدَمِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَمَنْ بَصَّرَ عَيْنَيْهِ فِي الْمَنَامِ مَا لَمْ يُبْصِرَا»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The most insolent of people against God is a man who kills someone other than his killer, or seeks revenge for a blood of the pre-Islamic era among the people of Islam, and one who makes his eyes see in sleep what they did not see."
