حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيِسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ثنا مَالِكٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَنَا مَالِكٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي الدِّيلِ يُقَالُ لَهُ بُسْرُ بْنُ مِحْجَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأُوذِنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ وَمِحْجَنٌ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ مَعَ النَّاسِ؟ أَلَسْتَ بِرَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ؟» قَالَ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَلَكِنْ صَلَّيْتُ فِي أَهْلِي قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا جِئْتَ فَصَلِّ مَعَ النَّاسِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ قَدْ صَلَّيْتَ»

✧ Al-Qaʿnabī narrated to us from Mālik; and Abū Yazīd al-Qarāṭīsī narrated to us: ʿAbd Allāh b. ʿAbd al-Ḥakam narrated to us: Mālik narrated to us; and Bakr b. Sahl narrated to us: ʿAbd Allāh b. Yūsuf narrated to us: Mālik informed us; and ʿAlī b. al-Mubārak al-Ṣanʿānī narrated to us: Ismāʿīl b. Abī Uways narrated to us: Mālik narrated to me, from Zayd b. Aslam, from a man of Banū al-Dīl called Busr b. Miḥjan, from his father, that he was in a gathering with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was called to prayer, so he stood up and led them in prayer, then returned, while Miḥjan was still in his place. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: 'What prevented you from praying with the people? Are you not a Muslim man?' He said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah, but I prayed with my family.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: 'When you come, pray with the people even if you have already prayed.'
