✧ There will be trials in which wealth becomes abundant and the Qur’an is spread open, so that a man, a woman, the young, the old, the believer, and the hypocrite all read it. Yet he reads it and is not followed; so he says: ‘By God, I will definitely read it openly,’ but he is still not followed. Then he heads to a mosque and innovates speech that is not from the Book of God nor from the Sunnah of the Messenger of God ﷺ. Beware of it, for it is an innovation of misguidance. Beware of it, for it is an innovation of misguidance. Beware of it, for it is an innovation of misguidance.”
