حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ رَوَاحَةَ الرَّامْهُرْمَزِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا رِشْدِينَ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعُمٍ عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نَسِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ وَمُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمَرْأَةُ الْحُبْلَى إِذَا قَتَلَتْ عَمْدًا لَا تُقْتَلُ حَتَّى تَضَعَ ذَا بَطْنِهَا وَحَتَّى تُكْفَلَ وَإِنْ زَنَتْ لَا تُرْجَمُ حَتَّى تَضَعَ ذَا بَطْنِهَا وَحَتَّى تُكْفَلَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "A pregnant woman, if she kills intentionally, is not to be killed until she gives birth to the child in her womb and until she is provided for; and if she commits adultery, she is not to be stoned until she gives birth to the child in her womb and until she is provided for."
