حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى أَبُو مُوسَى ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ مِنْ بَنِي مَرَّةَ بْنِ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِرًا أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لِأَحَدٍ لَأَمَرْتُ الْمَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا مِنْ حَقِّهِ عَلَيْهَا وَلَا تَجِدُ امْرَأَةٌ حَلَاوَةَ الْإِيمَانِ حَتَّى تُؤَدِّيَ حَقَّ زَوْجِهَا وَلَوْ سَأَلَهَا نَفْسَهَا عَلَى قَتَبٍ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone, I would command the woman to prostrate to her husband because of his right over her. No woman will find the sweetness of faith until she fulfills her husband’s right, even if he asks her for herself while she is on a camel saddle.”
