حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ رَبٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّمَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا بَلَاءٌ وَفِتْنَةٌ وَإِنَّمَا مَثَلُ أَحَدِكُمْ مِثْلُ الْوِعَاءِ إِذَا طَابَ أَعْلَاهُ طَابَ أَسْفَلُهُ»
