حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ قَالَ

مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِرَجُلٍ يَبِيعُ طَعَامًا فَقَالَ «يَا صَاحِبَ هَذَا الطَّعَام أَسْفَلُ هَذَا مِثْلُ أَعْلَاهُ؟» فَقَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ غَشَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ مِنْهُمْ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man selling food and said, “O owner of this food, is the bottom of this like its top?” He said, “Yes.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever deceives the Muslims is not one of them.”
