حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا فَهِدُ بْنُ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي حَدَّثَنِي شُعَيْبُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْعَدَّاءَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ يَقُولُ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى لَا يُسَلِّمَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا عَلَى مَنْ يَعْرِفُ وَحَتَّى تُتَّخَذَ الْمَسَاجِدُ طُرُقًا وَحَتَّى تَتْجَرَ الْمَرْأَةُ وَزَوْجُهَا وَحَتَّى تَرْخُصَ النِّسَاءُ وَالْخَيْلُ فَلَا تَغْلُوا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, “The Hour will not be established until a man greets only those he knows, until mosques are taken as thoroughfares, until a woman and her husband trade together, and until women and horses become cheap and do not rise in price until the Day of Resurrection.”
