حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ خَطَبَ فَقَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ إنََّ اللهَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعَلِّمَكُمْ مَا جَهِلْتُمْ مِمَّا عَلِّمَنِي فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَالٍ نَحَلْتُهُ عِبَادِي حَلَالٌ وَإِنِّي خَلَقْتُ عِبَادِي حُنَفَاءَ كُلَّهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ أَتَتْهُمُ الشَّيَاطِينُ فَاجْتَالَتْهُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِمْ وَحَرَّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا أَحْلَلْتُ لَهُمْ وَأَمَرَتْهُمْ أَنْ يُشْرِكُوا بِي مَا لَمْ أُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا ثُمَّ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ نَظَرَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ فَمَقَتَهُمْ عَرَبَهُمْ وَعَجَمَهُمْ إِلَّا بَقَايَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا بَعَثْتُكَ لِأَبْتَلِيَكَ وَأَبْتَلِيَ بِكَ وَأَنْزَلْتُ عَلَيْكَ كِتَابًا لَا يَغْسِلُهُ الْمَاءُ تَقْرَؤُهُ نَائِمًا وَيَقْظَانًا وإِنَّ اللهَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ آتِيَ قُرَيْشًا فَقُلْتُ يَا رَبِّ إِذًا يَثْلَغُوا رَأْسِي فَيَدَعُوهُ خُبْزَةً فَقَالَ اسْتَخْرِجْهُمْ كَمَا اسْتَخْرَجُوكَ وَاغْزُهُمْ نُغْزِكَ وَأَنْفِقْ فَسَيُنْفَقُ عَلَيْكَ وَابْعَثْ جَيْشًا أَبْعَثْ مَعَهُ خَمْسَةً مِثْلَهُ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ delivered a sermon and said in it: "Allah commanded me to teach you what you do not know from what He taught me this day. Every wealth I have bestowed upon My servants is lawful. I created My servants all as upright monotheists. The devils came to them, turned them away from their religion, forbade them what I had made lawful for them, and commanded them to associate with Me that for which I sent down no authority. Then Allah, mighty and sublime, looked upon the people of the earth and despised them, their Arabs and non-Arabs, except remnants of the People of the Book. He said: 'I have only sent you to test you and to test by you. I have sent down to you a Book that water will not wash away, which you will recite asleep and awake.' Allah commanded me to come to Quraysh. I said: 'My Lord, they will split my head and leave it like a piece of bread.' He said: 'Expel them as they expelled you; raid them and We will raid for you. Spend and it will be spent on you. Send an army and I will send with it five times its like.'" And he mentioned the hadith.
