حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الدَّبَّاسُ ثَنَا مُجَّاعَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْعَتَكِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرٍو الْبِكَالِيِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يَأْمُرُونَكُمْ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ وَالْجِهَادِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ سَبَّهُمْ وَحَلَّ لَكُمُ الصَّلَاةَ خَلْفَهُمْ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “When you have rulers who command you to pray, give zakah and perform jihad, then Allah has forbidden you from insulting them and has permitted you to pray behind them.”
