حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْبَدُ بْنُ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِذَا سُئِلْتَ: أَيَّ الْأَجَلَيْنِ قَضَى مُوسَى ؟ فَقُلْ: خَيْرَهُمَا وَأَتَمَّهُمَا وَأَبَرَّهُمَا، وَإِنْ سُئِلْتَ: أَيَّ الْمَرْأَتَيْنِ تَزَوَّجَ ؟ فَقُلِ: الصُّغْرَى مِنْهُمَا وَهِيَ الَّتِي جَاءَتْ، وَقَالَتْ: يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ، قَالَ: مَا رَأَيْتِ مِنْ قُوَّتِهِ ؟ قَالَتْ: أَخَذَ حَجَرًا ثَقِيلًا فَأَلْقَاهُ عَنِ الْبِئْرِ، قَالَ: وَمَا الَّذِي رَأَيْتِ مِنْ أَمَانَتِهِ ؟ قَالَتْ: قَالَ: امْشِي خَلْفِي وَلَا تَمْشِي أَمَامِي

She said: He lifted a heavy stone and threw it off the well. He said: And what did you see of his trustworthiness? She said: He said: Walk behind me and do not walk in front of me.'
