حَدَّثَنَا مَسْعَدَةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنِي فَائِدٌ - مَوْلَى عَبَادِلَ عَنْ مَوْلَاهُ عَبَادِلَ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ

أَنَّهُ بَاعَ قِطْعَةً أَقْطَعَهُ إِيَّاهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عِنْدَ دَارِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، مِنْ سَعْدٍ بِثَمَانِيَةِ أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ. قَالَ: وَكَانَ رَجُلٌ قَدْ سَبَقَهُ بِهَا قَبْلُ، فَأَعْطَاهُ بِهَا عَشَرَةَ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَأَبَى مِنْهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: أَهْلُ الرُّكْحِ أَحَقُّ بِرُكْحِهِمْ، وَكَانَ سَعْدٌ أَسْقَبَ

✧ He sold a plot of land that the Messenger of God ﷺ had granted him as a fief, near the house of Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas, to Sa'd for eight thousand dirhams. He said: There was a man who had previously been ahead of him for it, and he offered him ten thousand dirhams for it, but he refused to sell it to him. Abu Rafi' said: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: “The people of a rukh are more entitled to their rukh.” And Sa'd was closer.
