✧ He was with the Messenger of God ﷺ when he went to relieve himself, then he came back and said: "Is there any water for purification?" I brought him water, and he washed his hands and face, then he went to wash his forearms, but the jubba was too tight for him—it was a jubba of the Roman style—so he pulled his arms out from under the jubba and washed his forearms. I reached for the khuffs, but he said: "Leave the khuffs, for I put my feet into them while they were pure," and he wiped over the khuffs.
