وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قُرَّةَ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ:
كَانَتِ الْقَسَامَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَأَقَرَّهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيَكُونَ أَكَفَّ النَّاسِ عَنِ الدِّمَاءِ
