حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ، نَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، نَا حَجْوَةُ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِشُفْعَةِ جَارِهِ، مُنْتَظَرٌ بِهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ غَائِبًا، إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا
