حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يُخَيِّرَ أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرَ فَيَخْتَارَ
