✧ The Prophet ﷺ ruled concerning the fetus with a ghurrah: a male slave, a female slave, a horse, or a mule. The one against whom the ruling was made said, “Should I pay for one who neither ate nor drank nor cried out at birth? Such a one should be disregarded.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “This man speaks with the speech of a poet. In it is a ghurrah: a male slave or a female slave or a horse or a mule.”
