✧ On the Day of Resurrection will be brought the one deprived of intellect, the one who died in the interval [between prophets], and the one who died as a child. The one deprived of intellect will say: 'O Lord, if You had given me intellect, no one whom You gave intellect would have been happier with his intellect than me.' The one who died in the interval will say: 'O Lord, if a covenant from You had come to me, no one to whom a covenant from You came would have been happier with his covenant than me.' The one who died as a child will say: 'If You had given me a lifetime, no one whom You gave a lifetime would have been happier with his lifetime than me.' The Lord, Blessed and Exalted, will say: 'I command you with a command; will you obey Me?' They will say: 'Yes, by Your might.' He will say: 'Go and enter the Fire, and if they entered it, it would not harm them.' He said: 'Then flames will burst upon them, and they will think that they have destroyed everything Allah has created, so they will return quickly.' He said: 'They will say: "We came out, O Lord, by Your might, wanting to enter it, but flames burst upon us and we thought they had destroyed everything Allah has created." Then He will command them a second time, and they will return likewise, saying the same as their previous words. Then Allah, Blessed and Exalted, will say: "Before I created you, I knew what you would do, and upon My knowledge I created you, and to My knowledge you will return." Then the Fire will seize them.
