حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ:

خَطَبَنَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ اللهَ كَتَبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْجُمُعَةَ فِي مَقَامِي هَذَا، فِي سَاعَتِي هَذِهِ، فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِي هَذَا، فِي عَامِي هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، مَنْ تَرَكَهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ مَعَ إِمَامٍ عَادِلٍ أَوْ إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَلَا جُمِعَ لَهُ شَمْلُهُ وَلَا بُورِكَ لَهُ فِي أَمْرِهِ، أَلَا وَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ، أَلَا وَلَا حَجَّ لَهُ، أَلَا وَلَا بِرَّ لَهُ، أَلَا وَلَا صَدَقَةَ لَهُ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ gave us a sermon one day and said, “Indeed, God has made the Friday prayer obligatory upon you in this station of mine, in this hour of mine, on this day of mine, in this month of mine, in this year of mine, until the Day of Resurrection. Whoever leaves it without excuse, under a just imam or an unjust imam, his affairs will not be gathered for him, nor will he be blessed in his matter. Indeed, he has no prayer, no Hajj, no righteousness, and no charity.”
