حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ: نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ قَالَ: نَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ: نَا إِسْرَائِيلُ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، أَخِي جُوَيْرِيَةَ. عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ، قَالَتْ:

مَا تَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَ إِلَّا بَغْلَةً بَيْضَاءَ وَسِلَاحَهُ، وَأَرْضًا جَعَلَهَا صَدَقَةً

    يرويه أبو إسحاق السبيعي واختلف عنه فرواه مؤمل عن إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن عمرو بن الحارث الخزاعي أخو جويرية وغيره يرويه عن أبي إسحاق عن عمرو بن الحارث عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا يذكر جويرية وكذلك قال الثوري وزهير وأبو الأحوص وهو الصواب
