حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْغَضِيضِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا يَنْكِحِ الْمُحْرِمُ، وَلَا يَخْطُبْ وَلَا يُخْطَبْ عَلَيْهِ، وَلَا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَأْذَنَ لَهُ
