حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رِشْدِينَ الْمِصْرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ الْقَاضِي قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَارِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
