حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الْمَدَنِيِّ - يَسْكُنُ الْيَمَامَةَ - حَدَّثَنِي أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يُخْبِرُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ - وَرَفَعَتْهُ -: قَالَ:

لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
