حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الْقُرْدُوسِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ، وَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ
