حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ قَالَ: أَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:

خَيَّرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَاخْتَرْنَاهُ، فَلَمْ يَكُنْ طَلَاقًا

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us a choice, and we chose him, so it was not a divorce.
