✧ Whoever says in the morning three times: “O Allah, to You belongs praise; there is no god but You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I believe in You, sincerely devoting my religion to You. I have entered the morning upon Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I repent to You from the evil of my deeds, and I seek Your forgiveness for my sins which none forgives but You,” then if he dies that day, he will enter Paradise. And if he says in the evening three times: “O Allah, to You belongs praise; there is no god but You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I have entered the evening upon Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I repent to You from the evil of my deeds, and I seek Your forgiveness for my sins which none forgives but You,” then if he dies that night, he will enter Paradise.” Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to swear an oath that he would not swear about anything else, saying: “By Allah, no servant says it on a day when he arises in the morning and then dies that day except that he enters Paradise, and if he says it in the evening and then passes away that night, he enters Paradise.”
