حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، نَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
تُفْتَحُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ نِصْفَ اللَّيْلِ، فَيُنَادِي مُنَادٍ: هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ فَيُسْتَجَابَ لَهُ، هَلْ مِنْ سَائِلٍ فَيُعْطَى، هَلْ مِنْ مَكْرُوبٍ فَيُفَرَّجَ عَنْهُ، فَلَا يَبْقَى مُسْلِمٌ يَدْعُو بِدَعْوَةٍ إِلَّا اسْتَجَابَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ، إِلَّا زَانِيَةً تَسْعَى بِفَرْجِهَا، أَوْ عَشَّارًا

✧ The gates of heaven are opened in the middle of the night, and a caller calls out: 'Is there any supplicant, that he may be answered? Is there any asker, that he may be given? Is there any distressed person, that he may be relieved?' No Muslim remains who calls with a supplication except that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, answers him—except an adulteress who goes about with her private parts, or a tax collector.
