حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْوَاقِعِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حُدَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهُ:

يَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنَ حُدَيْجٍ، إِيَّاكَ وَبُغْضَنَا، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: لَا يُبْغِضُنَا وَلَا يَحْسُدُنَا أَحَدٌ إِلَّا ذِيدَ عَنِ الْحَوْضِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِسِيَاطٍ مِنْ نَارٍ

✧ O Muawiya b. Hudayj, beware of hating us, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: No one hates us or envies us except that he will be driven away from the Pool on the Day of Resurrection with whips of fire.
