✧ Whoever is killed in a blind dispute – a throwing that occurs among them – with a stone, or a stick, or a whip, it is a mistake, and its blood money is the blood money of a mistake. And whoever is killed deliberately, it is retaliation. Whoever prevents that, upon him is the curse of Allah and His wrath; neither ransom nor compensation will be accepted from him.
