حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ نَجْدَةَ الْحَوْطِيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ: نَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ حُمْرَةَ قَالَ: نَا قَتَادَةُ، أَنَّ أَبَا مِجْلَزٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ، اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ، ادَّعَاهُ كِلَاهُمَا أَنَّهُ لَهُ، فَجَاءَ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَانِ يَشْهَدَانِ أَنَّ الْبَعِيرَ لَهُ، فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ

✧ Two men brought a dispute over a camel to the Prophet ﷺ, each claiming it was his. Each of them came with two witnesses testifying that the camel was his, so the Prophet ﷺ ruled that it should be split in half between them.
