حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ: نَا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:

لَا تُنْكِحُوا النِّسَاءَ إِلَّا الْأَكْفَاءَ، وَلَا يُزَوِّجُهُنَّ إِلَّا الْأَوْلِيَاءُ، وَلَا مَهْرَ دُونَ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ

✧ Do not marry women except to suitable matches, and no one should give them in marriage except their guardians, and there is no dowry less than ten dirhams.
