عن أبي هريرة
"افْترقتِ اليَهُودُ على إِحْدَى أوْ اثنتين وَسَبْعينَ فرقةً، والنَّصارى كَذَلِكَ، وَتفَتَرِق أُمَّتِي على ثلاث وَسبَعِينَ فرقةً، كُلُّهم في النَّارِ إِلا وَاحدة قالوا: مَنْ هِيَ يا رَسُولَ الله؟ قال: مَا أنا عليه وأصْحَابِي".
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ The Jews split into seventy-one or seventy-two sects, and the Christians likewise. My nation will be divided into seventy-three sects, all of whom will be in the Fire except for one. They asked, "Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Those who follow what I and my companions are upon."
