أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أخبرنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حدثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْبَلْخِيُّ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِصْفَا، حدثنا بَقِيَّةُ، حدثنا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ
أَنَّهُ " لَمْ يَكُنْ يُقَصُّ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَلَا عَلَى عَهْدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ قَصَّ تَمِيمٌ الدَّارِيُّ، فَاسْتَأْذَنَ عُمَرَ أَنْ يَقُصَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ قَائِمًا، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ " " وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا فِي كَيْفِيَّةِ نَشْرِ الْعِلْمِ وَفَضْلِهِ بَعْضَ مَا جَاءَ فِيهِمَا مِنَ الْآثَارِ فِي كِتَابِ الْمَدْخَلِ، مَنْ أَرَادَ ذَلِكَ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ "
