A Man Divorcing His Wife Face To Face

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الَّتِي اسْتَعَاذَتْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ الْكِلاَبِيَّةَ لَمَّا دَخَلَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَقَدْ عُذْتِ بِعَظِيمٍ الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ

Translation

"I seek refuge with Allah from you." The Messenger of Allah said: "You have sought refuge with One Who is Great. Go back to your family."
