أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ وَعَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ

«لَمْ تُقْطَعِ الْيَدُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ وَثَمَنُهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ دِينَارٌ»
