✧ Prohibition of drinking in vessels made of gold and silver.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ

قَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَانَا عَنِ الْفِضَّةِ وَالذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ وَقَالَ «هِيَ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ»

✧ Hudhayfah said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade us from silver and gold, and from wearing silk and brocade, and he said: 'These are for them in this world, and for you in the Hereafter.'"
